EDGE Magazine · Interview & Preview at Issue #418
'Gloomy Juncture' is an absolute madhouse of a game, and I love it. There are games like 'Gloomy Juncture' that twist my brain around in such ways that I'll be unraveling it for days, or maybe even weeks... I am very clearly going to question not only my character's sanity, but my own. I genuinely believe that Gloomy Juncture could be one of the most talked-about indie games of the year when it releases.
VICE · Demo review
The art style of Gloomy Juncture is breathtaking! The fact that all the assets are hand-drawn and created by a single guy is a miracle in itself. It's truly astonishing that the entire development team consists of a guy with his cat, yet they created such an innovative game blending first-person perspective with classic point & click gameplay. This game immerses players in a mysterious noir world, and through its unique art style, makes you feel like you're inside the protagonist's complex mental state.
